    2.3. Access Delivery : Upon successful payment, users will receive API credentials and access details via their registered email or directly within the dashboard of their Flaxxa account.

  • 3. Refund and Return Policy

    3.1. Refunds : Refunds will only be considered in cases of accidental duplicate payments, technical failure on Flaxxa’s end, or other exceptional circumstances, subject to review. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

    3.2. Return Policy : Due to the nature of digital API services, returns are generally not applicable. However, in special cases, we may issue partial or full refunds based on documented issues.

    In case of any dispute related to payments or services, users agree to attempt resolution through our customer support team first. If a satisfactory solution is not reached, both parties agree to mediate the issue with a neutral third party. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Faridabad, Haryana, India courts.

This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights. FlaxxaAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the virtual products/services, even if FlaxxaAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Users agree that their use of the services is at their sole risk.
