2.2. Pricing and Payment Prices for services are listed in INR (₹) and may vary based on selected plans, usage limits, or additional features. Payment is due at the time of subscription or plan upgrade. We accept payments via major payment gateways including Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal. Subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
2.3. Access Delivery Upon successful payment, users will receive API credentials and access details via their registered email or directly within the dashboard of their Flaxxa account.
3.1. Refunds Refunds will only be considered in cases of accidental duplicate payments, technical failure on Flaxxa’s end, or other exceptional circumstances, subject to review. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
3.2. Return Policy Due to the nature of digital API services, returns are generally not applicable. However, in special cases, we may issue partial or full refunds based on documented issues.
Users may cancel their subscription or API plan at any time via their dashboard. No cancellation fees apply, but cancellations made after the billing date will not be eligible for refunds for the current cycle. Canceled services remain active until the end of the paid term.
5.1. Collection of Information We collect personal and usage data such as names, email addresses, contact numbers, and integration logs in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data helps us provide and improve services, maintain security, and ensure compliance.

6.2. Usage Restrictions Users may not copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Flaxxa WAPI or any part of the system. Misuse of API or breach of terms will result in account suspension or legal action.
All transactions processed through Flaxxa are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party payment providers such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal. Users must ensure compliance with their respective usage policies.
In the event of any disputes arising from virtual transactions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. Should these negotiations fail, the parties agree to enter into mediation with a neutral third party mutually agreed upon by both parties. If mediation does not result in a resolution within a reasonable period, either party may then pursue legal action. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India, with both parties agreeing to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
FlaxxaWapi provides virtual products/services on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights. FlaxxaWapi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the virtual products/services, even if FlaxxaWapi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Users agree that their use of the services is at their sole risk.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlaxxaWapi and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to their use of the virtual products/services, their violation of these Terms and Conditions, or their violation of any rights of another person or entity.
